Meetings session in December 2003 . Led by Canada and the Netherlands, the Task Force addresses th ( needs of the reviews and reassessments required by the 19 9 8 Aarhu s P rotocol on POPs and tl procedures adopted in Executive Body dec ision_ 1998/2 . In setting up the Task Force, the Exe Proposals for new Body agreed decis ion 2003110 , which identifies the functions of the Task Force, and some of i POPs methods of work . The activities of the Task Force for 2004 were agreed in the Executive Body WGSR Convention plan (ECELEB .AIR 79 Add .2,_paragraph 1 .5 ) . The Task Force Co-Chairs will report the results meetings of the Task Force to the Convention's Working Group on Strategies and Review, whi provides the Parties to the Protocol with the information necessary for their reviews and re- homepage assessments .
