PPG Industries, et al Cohorts: I've had a search run on Pantasote Inc. and found several things which may be of some interest to us: 1. The corporation is headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, with Delaware as its State of Incorpo ration. 2. Its official description of its business is "engaged in manufacturing and selling plastic products and fabricated elastomer products." 3. Its 10-K filed in March indicates it has 1,100 employees. Unfortunately, the data I received -didn't indicate its places of business other than Greenwich. 4. The stock is publicly held with about 4 million shares outstanding, being held by 1,300 sharehold ers. The principle owners are Harry A. Russell (12.6%), Henry W. Wyman (7.9%), Ralph M.
