While the Zonolite Company was purchased in 1963, there were subsequent acquisitions of companies in which Zonolite had either a minority or a majority ownership at the time of our 1963 purchase. Those acquisitions were completed in 1975. The first fact sheet also lists those product lines in which Zonolite (or Grace after the acquisition) used commercial asbestos as an ingredient. The second sheet lists the product lines which we presently sell and which contain vermiculite as an ingredient. The list is organized by end-use industry. The third sheet gives the history relating to the new wet mill at Libby, Montana. The data provides information concerning pre-construc tion technology development as well as some of the moce.-notable subsequent steps taken to further improve operations at.
