OSHA HAZARD COMMUNICATION RULE Final revisions were made to the plant's plan for complying with the labeling requirements of the OSHA Hazard Communication Rule. Preparations were made to begin the design and use of an electronic data base of all plant chemicals. III. VENTILATION MEASUREMENT The quarterly ventilation checks in the Lab and Compound areas were done.
