F. Fullam. This project has been set up and is actually underway for the purpose of confirming the absence of mineral fibers in < Kent smoke by the use of the electron microscope. Dr. Fullam is paid at the rate of $100 per day and he . has estimated that it will take approximately ten days to do the job.
