The Methods Update Rule was signed by the previous EPA Administrator in December 2016 and it makes a number of important revisions to analytical procedures for wastewater and other environmental sampling that will provide regulator}' clarity and increased flexibility for municipalities and industry. My office has been contacted by business leaders in New Hampshire that are seeking clarity on the status of the Methods Update Rule and are supportive of the revisions and the cost-savings associated with rhe changes.
