Attached, FYI, is the version that was sent to the Chief's office on 4/20. MGM Director Nick Douglas has advised this review team to proceed with working on Phase 2 of the FS response, which is to conduct reviews of the applicable agency actions and prepare a draft report per section 2 (d). Descriptions of team responsibilities are as follows: Team members from the MGM staff are expected to lead the effort, be responsible for providing timely drafts of the review plan and reports to the Executive Point of Contact, coordinate review and comments from other staff groups. The MGM staff is charged with ensuring timeframes established in the EO are met (see Sections VI and VII). The MGM staff will compile feedback from other Director Areas for the draft and final reports. MGM staff will also be responsible for identifying agency actions for Page 112 of 254
