Attention Mr. Cholak.
To determine the efficiency of our air washer
on Line 2, we are submitting herewith three samples for
lead determination.
A - 350cc 5f0 HNO^ through which air was aspi
rated in an impinger tube; time, 80 minutes; rate, 4.7
liters per minute; air temperature average 82F. The
sample was collected about two feet from the washer out
let, near the center of flow.
B - 250cc
HNOj receiving the air that had
already passed through A.
Blank - 250cc 5^ HNOg.
Total cans run during the sampling, 22,100.
