I understand that you all ordered the reform list items in order of priority. I will also be sharing this document with Larry Chambers in anticipation of the upcoming NRE meeting with the Secretary. I am assuming that you will share this with Andria? I am also attaching the narrative reform plan document with edits per my understanding of your earlier changes (ie advisory committee etc), as well as suggestions to make it match the table. I have not reordered the narrative based on the table, as I know it is still not final (but it should be finalized after the Secretary meeting). Hopefully this will give you a headstart in refining the narrative for the Departmental estimates. Happy to discuss as needed.
