Separately, I wanted to check in with you regarding the attached speaking invitation for June 20th. When you have a moment, can you please let us know if the Secretary would be available? And if you have any questions regarding the event Matt Letourneau is your point of contact until I return.

We will supply names to security so they'll be able to bypass some of the security measures and then be escorted up to the 6th floor. It is preferable if they use the C Street entrance, as the Secretary's office is on that side of the building and it cuts down on a lot of walking.

May 30 between 10 am to 11:30 am or 2 pm to 5 pm May 31 between 8 to 9:30 am or 3 to 4:30 pm June 2 between 8 to noon or 3 to 5 pm
Just a reminder, participants from our side will be:
1. Tom Donohue, president and CEO, U.S. Chamber of Commerce
2. Karen Harbert, president and CEO, U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Institute for 21st Century Energy
3. Neil Bradley, senior vice president and chief policy officer, U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Donohue would like to primarily offer our support for Secretary Zinke's platform and to let him know what the Chamber can do to support the President and the
Secretary outside of DC. Also generally discuss BOEM/BSEE, BLM, and FWS plans and issues.
Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi Leila and Matt, The Secretary is happy to give remarks on the 20th. However, he will be on the Hill for an appropriations hearing that morning. We're looking to see if there is a time slot in the afternoon when he could give remarks. He would not be free before 2:00PM at the earliest.
Please let me know what the opportunities are at this point in your planning process!
Best, Caroline
