Part B Response Part B Response to incident reported on: 05/06/2023 Any more accurate information on the matters for notification under Part A On 02/06/2023 there was a blockage in a pump and effluent was treated using the 6m small clarifier before being directed back to the 11m large clarifier the following day. The small clarifier was not functioning as expected and this was not identified by the operator. The inline turbidity meter was not operational at the time of the incident (awaiting repair), so the system did not alarm.
