Cadwalader V/ickersham &c Taft NIMA APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made, seconded and passed That the Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting of October 14, 1965, a.G bulletined by the Association be approved, TREASURER'S REPORT R* VT, Henry outlined the Association's Balance Sheet, Statement of Income and Expenditures, Comparison of Actual Expenses to Budget and Duct Systems Program as of March 31, 1966, The Treasurer's Report is attached hereto and made part of these Minutes A motion was mado, seconded and passed to accept the Treasurer's Report. STATISTICAL REPORTING 2 It was reported that several organizations had been contacted to do NIMA statistics. Price Waterhouse Sc Co. had been told that on the basis of costs received from these organizations statistical costs should be reduced. Price Waterhouse has agreed to bill NIMA at the rate of $750/quarter with a maximum of $3, 200/yr. J. M. Barnhart is to check further to determine if the company in Washington, D. C., which indicated it would do the statistics for $2400/yr, is a reliable one. 1966 BUDGET The Executive Committee recommended that the deficit that will be incurred for 1966 due to the resignation of Pittsburgh Corning Corp. and EaglePichcr Company be made up out of surplus. A readjustment of the dues structure is to be considered at the 1966 Annual Meeting. A motion was made, seconded and passed { That the deficit incurred for 1966 will be made V up out of surplus. This deficit is estimated to be a maximum of $5, 000, OTHER BUSINESS (a) A motion as made, seconded and passed That a Health k Safety Committee be formed. The Committee is to meet as soon as practical and (1) establish a policy, (2) establish a program to implement the policy, and (3) establish a budget. Committee members are: R. Cotts F. The Ruberoid Company Johns-Manvillc Sales Corp. 3 OTHER BUSINESS (confd.) , (b) The T 6: R Committee is to discuss the subject of "Thermal Conductivity Round Robin" at their next meeting after consulta tion with their principals* (c) The portion of the Minutes of the Mineral Fiber Section of the ~ T R Committee Meeting pertaining to the use of high tempera ture felt is to be rewritten by T, S* Clousing and submitted to the Committee for approval. (d) J. M, Barnhart is to write to the Labor Department to determine the criteria for am industry to be declared essential. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
