I'm one of the conference chairs (along with Casey Coleman and Rene Wynn) and a number of you have (properly) asked for some background on where you fit in to the conference. Tuesday morning starts with a "CXO Breakfast" where attendees eat and talk at tables with at least one senior leader at every table. The Track Chairs from Monday will each give a few takeaways from the prior day and pose questions for the tables to discuss. The Three tracks under the overall Theme of "Mission Possible" are Transformation, Engagement and Protection all centered around the mission of providing an effective and efficient government. After a break, we will have a 30 minute keynote from a senior leader (working on confirming Chris Lidell now) regarding major priorities and initial progress in 2017. We expect the tone to be upbeat and forward looking and helping us to set the stage for the year ahead. After that discussion, we will invite the four of you up for a talk with Tony. We are looking at theming this "chat" around stories of how you are enabling mission success through Transformation, Engagement and/or Protection initiatives in your sphere of influence. There is still work to be done on this and we'd like to schedule a call in the next couple of weeks to discuss it with you. Kisha is coordinating from the ACT-IAC team, so expect to hear from her about the call and work with her on logistics related matters.
