Removal of the insulation ir scheduled to start on December 20, 1985. This project will be pursued during the course of 1986 and completed no later than December 20, 1985. Procedures to be employed in the handling and disposal of the asbestos material will conform to the requiremenfs in 40 CDr 61.147 and 61.152.
