As Mr. Kull and myself have mentioned several times in the past, we would greatly appreciate any correspondence concerning either of the above captioned claims be channelled thru your office as well as ours instead of Mr. Lively working directly with Mr. Sarvadi. We noticed that your office was not sent a copy of the enclosed letter. We feel that it would be a good idea for you to contact Mr. Lively concerning this matter in order that your office and ours are properly informed concerning the progress of these two very important Workers 5 Compensatj on claims.
