TESTING AND US All employees of the Victoria Plant are examined initially on employment and annually thereafter as part of the Occupational Medical Program. A portion of these examinations consists of an evaluation of psychological and physiological conditions that would compromise the wearing and use of a respirator. Individuals with significant anxiety and fear of respirator use, marked pulmonary disfunction, significant cardiovascular disease, and facial dissymmetry or other conditions preventing adequate mask seal will be identified to the employee's supervisor and to the S. & F. Supervisor in charge of mask testing as unsuitable candidates for mask testing and use. A notation of this condition will be made on the physical examination record.
