So here is an insight. Key players in leadership have never heard of the Benzene Shanghai study or its significance (Stacy had of course as she funds the work). Stacy was unfamliar with the advocacy work going on and the benefits being brought to the bottom line.... We need to do a better job putting together the story on a regular basis and making sure not just the immediate customer hears it but the leadership as a whole feels it. We need multiple communication paths. The Tox slide, however biased towards US or not, was extremely helpful in providing the credibility to the HSE I Science group for work done well. Stacy was very complementary. There was no discussion as to whether most the work was done in US or Europe! Lets continue to shape up the marketing of good deeds.
