We had developed this package of documents last week but had to take an extra couple days to get feedback from the DOI Appraisal and Valuation Services Office. The "Next Steps" document is a narrative describing what we would typically be looking for an appraisal. That document references several attachments, notably past easement and conveyance documents that involve sub-surface rights. We have also included some mapping data that may be helpful to you on the technical side. Please understand that much of the information is based on our typical process, and as such, may not directly apply, or may require some adaptation. FYI, I met this week with the Federal Railroad Administration regarding the SCMAGLEV proposal, which you may know is undergoing an EIS. They have been getting a lot of questions from the public about the Hyperloop given that you are seeking an alignment similar to the SCMAGLEV. Not that they had answers to such questions - the person I met with was not aware of FRA being involved in discussions of your project.
