I'm sorry we didn't get to this Mamie, last week was quite busy. Would you mind emailing me an overview of the topics that will be discussed tomorrow?
Unfortunately I have a doctor's visit that I am unable to reschedule and I will not be with you in the Administrator's meeting.
Best, Samantha

Hi Samantha,
Do you want Shell to pop by tomorrow to give you a heads up on the topics for our meeting with Administrator Pruitt on Monday. Alternatively, happy to just call you. I can imagine how crazy busy you are. Happy to do whatever works for you. If you prefer a F2F tomorrow, I can now only do mid-day but could make myself available for a short call any time. Stephen Fotis, with Van Ness Feldman, would likely join me.
Regards,
Mamie

It was very nice speaking with you yesterday. Thank you for your help in advancing our meeting request. Sydney has offered a meeting with Mr. Pruitt at 11:30 a.m. on May 15th.
I would welcome an opportunity to touch base with you advance to discuss the issues we would like to raise in the meeting. Happy to pop by for a few minutes next week if your schedule allows.
Regards,
Mamie

Ryan and Samantha,
I hope you are well and settling into your new roles. Congratulations on your new leadership opportunities! I am personally thrilled with your appointments. I look forward to working closely with you and supporting your efforts.
I am writing to request a meeting with Administrator Pruitt for Bruce Culpepper, Shell US Country Chair, and Greg Guidry, Shell Executive Vice President of Unconventionals, on the morning of Monday, May 15th. Mr. Culpepper and Mr. Guidry would like to update Administrator Pruitt on Shell's operations in the US and discuss policy issues within EPA's jurisdiction that impact Shell's various lines of business.

If the morning of May 15th is problematic, both Shell leaders have some availability on May 16th. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Mamie Funk
