He essentially gave the NPRA presentation he gave earlier this year. Shell Oil's official representative on the General Committee on Law is Catherine Lamboley. I have a call to find out if she did attend the 3/14 meeting, and if not, if Shell send someone to represent her. I'll pass along that information as soon as I get it. No word on the Executive Committee meeting yet - guess we'll just have to be patient and wait for 2 PM.
