Standard No. 6, Toic Air Pollutants SYNOPSIS Proposed Regulation No. 62.5, Standard No. 8. adopted by the Board of Health and Environmental Control on August 9, 1990. is being further revised bv adding additional compounds to section II.B. These additions resulted from substantial comments made at the Public Hearing on the original proposal. The proposed additions are published at the end of this notice. Public comment is sought as to the completeness, adequacy and/or category designations In this proposal. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing mill be held at 10:00 A.M. on November 2. 1990 in the Peeples Auditorium, J. Marion Sims Building, at the Columbia address given below. Those desiring to make lengthy statements at the hearing are requested to prepare such statements in writing for the record. The proposed standard is available for public inspection at the Bureau of Air Quality Control. South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. 2600 Bull Street. Columbia, South Carolina 29201 and at all Environmental Quality Control district offices. Written and oral comments concerning the propoeed standard will be given equal consideration in the record. Written comments mev be directed to Otto E. Pearson. Chief. Bureau of Air Quality Control, at the address above. Written comments to be entered into the record of the hearing must be received no later than 5:00 P.M.. November 9. 1990. PRELIMINARY FISCAL IMPACT STATEMENT The preliminary fiscal impact statement, for the proposed Regulation 61-62.5. Standard No. 0, was published in the State Register on February 23. 1990. The proposed additions to this regulation will not result in any additional costs.
