j l / j .. j ' Over a period there has been a good doal of correspondence on the matter of these Regulations and I am now writing to mention,^ if you do not indeed already know, that the formal Statutory Instrument, i960 No*1932, has recently been passed by Parliament and that the now body ofvRegulations will coma into force on 31st March 1961. The Regulations do, however, introduce a now code for operations on board 'ship, and in that genoral connection, but those also have boon under general discussion between us and, short of any specific points you now wish to raise, not a great doal can be usefully added to earlier letters.
