I should be much pleased there fore, if you would let me have as full information as is possible at the earliest possible time, and if you will let me know what arrangements can be made to see and ex amine him. The symptoms which you describe are in no way characteristic of tetraethyl lead poisoning. Even the severest cases have not been complicated by kidney con ditions, whereas the apparent complete absence of cen tral nervous system symptoms, if Indeed they shall be seen tp be absent, would entirely exclude tetraethyl lead poisoning. However, this does not detract from the importance of the case since an incorrectly diagnosed condition could be Just as troublesome as one substanti ated by typical symptoms and signs.
