This action is taken as requested by Ruth Cade on behalf of Western Refining Southwest LLC, the current owner of the affected facility and assignee of the original CAFO. The CAFO provided for termination upon completion of all required actions and written notification to the Respondent. EPA hereby determines that the requirements of the CAFO have been satisfied and notifies the current assignees of the original Respondent, Western Refining Southwest, Inc. that the CAFO has been terminated.
