LEAK DETECTION SURVEY Attached are the isometric drawings of the 211 valves and the old module receivers venting system which were checked for V. C. M. leaks. The valves and the venting system were checked in accordance with test method 21 of Subpart V of the new vinyl regulations. This included # using a T. L. V. sniffer with a response time of 16.7 seconds, a re sponse factor of 1.64 and a calibration precision of 07.. In all cases the background reading was 0 p.p.m.v. The readings at the valves never reached the specified 10,000 p.p.m.v. and the venting system readings never reached the specified 500 p.p.m.v. Therefore, of the areas sur veyed, there were no leaks.
