Thompson I have reviewed the projected Burlington Plant program as I agreed to in the meeting of 1/24/75 as to the number of samples which will require VCM analysis. As I see the program now, I would anticipate that during the first three weeks in February, that we will need to analyze approximately 18 to 22 daily samples for VCM plus a random quantity of 82 other samples. I have discussed the above with W.C. Champion and he will perform VCM chromatographic analysis of up to 25 samples per day if they are put into solution. For the other samples, M. K. Rosen will set up the Pilot Plant G.C. and will provide three Pilot Plant technicians for putting samples in solution.
