We believe these measures will reduce exposure to a level that will not pose unreasonable risks t o / the health of workers or the public. As we also pointed out in our letter, other program offices in EPA are evaluating the n o n - p e s t i ci da 1 uses of penta. We will forward a copy of this correspondence to the Offices of Toxic Substances, Drinking Water and Solid Waste for further information on their activities concerning penta. As I am sure you know, the Agency has recently issued f. "'T notices to conclude the RPAR reviews, of EDB, lindane, strychnine ,, and 2,4,5-T.
