NUCA is America's oldest and largest trade association of excavation and utility contractors. We have about 1500 member companies nationwide who construct primarily utility infrastructure, but also who produce supplies and equipment for building infrastructure. We are hosting a Washington Fly-In May 16-18 at the Embassy Suites Convention Center in downtown Washington, DC where 100-150 of the nation's hard working underground infrastructure builders. We would like to invite Administrator Pruitt to address our group about the status of water infrastructure, as well as how NUCA can be supportive and helpful to the Administrator in streamlining project delivery and regulations related to clean water infrastructure. This meeting will be off the record, and our group is supportive of Administrator Pruitt. The event will take place on May 16th in the morning, and we are willing and able to be flexible to the Administrators schedule in order to facilitate his attendance. If the administrator is unable to attend, could you please direct me to a senior EPA official who is able to address our group?
