Attached is a questionnaire from Dave Middleton, our program chairman, requesting your input to his program proposals for the meeting. Hie hotel requires an advance deposit of the first night's rate in order to make the reservation; this may be recovered on cancellation, provided that more than 72 hours notice is given. Hie hotel is well provided with recreational facilities for golf, tennis, swinming, jogging, even wind surfing on a neighboring lake. Reservations should be made well in advance as this is the busy season for Arizona. We have a block booking for 60 rooms, in line with recent attendance, but these could all be taken if attendance increases. Cbmpanies who responded to the runaway reactor control and the pilot reactor venting surveys will find final versions of these surveys enclosed with this letter. Response levels were good but we can still hope for better this year. Lists of permanent representatives and attendees at the last meeting are attached. I would appreciate hearing of any corrections or changes. Last year's program was a full and interesting one, but with a little effort we hope to do even better this year. We also need to give some consideration to the future of the Association and its interaction with related organizations such as the Vinyl Institute; who will be clarifying their position at the meeting.
