Tijdens deze CfE's is toen slechts beperkte inhoudelijke informatie hierover aangeleverd waardoor het meenemen van dit gebruik lastig bleek. Het gebruik wordt dan ook in tabel A.12 (Annex A) genoemd, maar is niet tot in detail uitgewerkt in dit huidige voorstel. Na de CfE is meer inhoudelijke informatie binnengekomen over deze sector, maar dat was na de deadline. Deze informatie is niet meer verwerkt, maar wordt meegenomen in de komende fase. We hebben dit gebruik dus wel op ons netvlies om mee te nemen in het werk aan het achtergronddocument. Maar daarbij is het ook van belang dat vanuit deze sector goede inhoudelijke (kwantitatieve) informatie (gezamenlijk) wordt aangeleverd over de (sub)gebruiken in deze sector, inclusief informatie over de substitutie-activiteiten die ondernomen zijn. De raadpleging die op 22 maart start is daarvoor het aangewezen moment, met de tip om op 5 april aan te sluiten bij de informatiesessie van ECHA om te horen welke informatie met name gezocht wordt. Op deze manier kan de informatie over deze sector meegenomen worden in de opinievormingsfase en het daarbij horende werk aan het achtergronddocument. BES Hi we zijn op dit moment het voorstel aan het verteren. lk ben wel erg verbaasd dat de chemische procesindustrie niet wordt genoemd als gebruikssector. Chemische installaties gebruiken fluorpolymeren oa als linings voor leidingen en reactoren. Dit om corrosie te voorkomen. Dit is gemeld in de eerste CfE, en nadat bleek dat de chemische industrie niet werd genoemd in een van de report summaries zijn de dossier submitters oa door Chemours en FPG op deze omissie gewezen tijdens de 2 CfE. Ook daarna overigens, tijdens het bezoek van FPG aan het RIVM in maart afgelopen jaar (en onlangs nog mooi geillustreerd door een van onze concurrenten). De toepassing in de Chemische industrie is een belangrijkste en grootste markten op dit moment. Is er een goede reden om deze sector niet de behandelen in het rapport?
