Disposition: Item being worked. Item 12-1(79) Investigate Boilermaker Shop for potential fumes and dust problems. Disposition: Under investigation. Item 7-1 Item 8-1 Item 10-2 Investigate potential fumes when handling and mixing chromate at #2 Cooling Tower. Disposition: Liquid chromate handling facilities being installed. The Union Committee members requested a copy of the findings of the Texaco hygiene team'that visited the plant * the week of July 28th. Disposition: Under investigation. Investigate the possibility of purchasing disposable coveralls for insulators removing asbestos insulation. Disposition: Under investigation. Item 10-3 Item 10-4 #1 Cooling Tower grating and bolts on handrail deteriorated. Disposition*. Under investigation. Investigate hard hat life span.
