Status/Expected Completion Date THA alarm is set to respond to readings on sample point downstream of filter. Action is taken based on this alarm. Complete.
Environmental is collecting regular samples on scheduled days (i.e. VCM on Tuesday, AN on Thursday). Samples are analyzed the same day. Special samples are analyzed by lab within 24 hours of receipt. In effect as of 10/25/H Complete. Such emphasis is made in regularly scheduled safety meetings in each area.
Koroclear is to be replaced with solid doors. Doors tc be backed with sound insulation. Expected completion date - 1st Quarter 1983.
Monitoring is being conducted. See attached sheet for current results. Expected completion date - 12/31/82.
Notification is now being made to environmental depart ment of work related conplaints/illnesses reported through the Dispensary. Completed through 1981 year end.

9. Upgrade the ventilation of the hood over H. J. Kletke the Henschel opening to 100 fpm over its open face. The hood could also be modified to allow for better disposal of empty lead pigment bags.
Status/Expected Completion Date
A procedure for hood monitoring, data posting, and reporting of results to the Environmental group will be developed by 11/30/82,
Will retest hood to confirm readings. If confirmed, will submit Engineering Work Request to modify/upgrade hood to meet Class A requirements.
The overall room ventilation has been improved. Com pounding is investigating the most cost effective manner, in which to modify the hood over the Henschel opening. A decision on the action plan will be finalized during the 1st Quarter, 1983.
