She is already familiar with the study. She advised that there are a number of changes taking place in Shell China including a new LSDR who will be announced shortly and a new DS communication resource is being brought in in 01 2007. Malcolm Brinded did not attend the Mayor of Shanghai's meeting this year but Shell is well connected and has good relationships including via CCh HK Lim with Shanghai.
