In order to not make things overly confusing, I took the version you sent me, accepted all changes, and did a comparison to the version I had sent you. The document now shows all of your changes in one color and removes all the back and forth changes that were not accepted previously. I then did the markup on this comparison version so that there are only two colors now instead of the jumble of edits in the earlier version. I'm also attaching a clean version for easy reading with all your and my changes accepted. Sticking points are: BU status: I've adjusted the "complete & final settlement" paragraph to allow the union to file a unit clarification petition on that issue since we're not going to agree on her BU status. Fulltime Telework: This relates to the BU status mentioned, above. We're deleting it as it is not necessary to proceed and we will not sign it with this paragraph. Waiver: This paragraph needed adjustment. As I mentioned when we spoke, we will waive all rights regarding matters that led to this grievance, but nothing outside that. Those are the few remaining big areas. I made a number of other minor adjustments shown in the attachments. I'm available to chat today.
