METALS REFINING COMPANY BROKERAGE AGREEMENT This agreement made at Cleveland, Ohio, thi 2nd day of January, I960, by and between The Glidden Company, an Ohio corporation of Cleveland, Ohio, doing business aa the MatsQs Refining Company at Hammond, Indiana, hereinafter ealgp.d'thftjcA "Company" and the Grlff1 th-Mehaffay Co.. It is also agreed that when shipment is made, tbs Company will furnish the Broker with a copy of ovary invoice covering each sale hereunder.
