Let me say, in addition, that if you share Mr. Houck's disappointment in not allowing a substantial sum for damage to your real estate/ you need not take the matter too much to heart. I don't consider that much damage resulted to the land itself. Moreover, in a few years, even the modest present obstacle to raising crops and providing some threat to contaminated pasture lands will have disappeared.
