It is understood that the Furan Trench will be supplied by Vista with all associated cleaners, primers and glue.
The amount of deductible for the Builders All Risk Insurance coverage is $1000.00.
We estimate the number of calendar days to complete this project to be 40 days.
The separate price for doing the paving in Block I

BASIS OF BIDS
Submit a lump sum bid for materialsr procurement of materials, sales tax, labor health and welfare benefits, insurance, payroll taxes, tools, equipment, expense items and supervision for:

The Contractor Safety Manual, Plant security and safety Rules, VCM Appendix and Contractor's current General Services Contract will become part of the final work agreement.
Prior to submitting the invoice for final payment# the Contractor shall furnish the Company a completed, signed and dated, and notarized copy of the Company's Appendix K, Contractor Affidavit.
The Contractor shall provide "all risk" protection on equipment materials, and machinery which will become a part of the--prOject, (a) whether furnished by the Company or Contractor; (b) while awaiting and during erection or installation; and (c) until the project is completed and accepted by Company. The value of materials, equipment and machinery furnished by the Company is $SO\ 0- H Any
loss will be paid by Contractor except for equipment, materials and machinery which were ordered by Company and the loss occurred before acceptance by Contractor.
Include in your bid the amount of the deductible for the Builder's All Risk Insurance coverage*

The Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and no public opening of the bids will be held.
All contractors must quote to do the job exactly as the Basis of Bids specifies. However you are welcome to submit alternatives.
The Por^raotor--Foreman must contact the Company Representative when he feels he has had to oranticipates that he will have to perform extra work that will result in an additional cost. This must be done promptly. Do not wait until the job is "completed to inform the Company Representative of the "extra"
