This is to inform you that the result of your vinyl chloride excursion sample on July 28, 1981, while disconnecting ship Amelia was 173.44 PPM, which is above the ceiling of 5 PPM.
Breathing air was used. However, Gregory Franklin felt he could smell vinyl chloride from ship prior to putting on fresh air mask for disconnect. Ship log indicated no problem with disconnect.
You may make arrangements with our Medical Department for a physical if you so desire.
