Gareth,
David's recusals do not prohibit him from meeting with Mr. Kightlinger. However, even though neither the CVP, nor the CWF, is a party matter, there are countless party matters associated with them. David must be careful not to discuss any party matters in which BHFS or any of his former clients is or represents a party.
