Interlock By-Pass Procedure Proposal has been developed and the procedure bulletin has been re written and reviewed by members of PMSB. It is now ready for review by Gene Tromblee. Job Safety Analysis Training has been completed for instructors and training of plant personnel is already in progress. B. Off-the-Job Safety Information on off-the-job injuries has been disseminated to plant personnel along with the booklet, "You and Your Back." This is being used throughout the plant in conjunction with June safety meetings. C. Off-Hour Fire and Spill Notification This list is badly out of date due to recent personnel changes and has been issued to PMSB members for updating. This updating should be done as soon as possible. D. Injury Report There is concern on the part of some foremen that filling out of the injury report is causing minor injuries to go unreported. This report will be reviewed to determine if modifications can be made that will alleviate this problem, but still allow needed information to be obtained. /dgb SC 13683 R. T.
