We therefore asked Alex Logwinuk to discuss this question with George Adams, and they agreed upon the following wording for Article V, B.2: "For units designed for high pressure isobutane cracking and the separation of high purity iso butylene: a paid-up royalty of $150.00 per daily barrel of design isobutane conversion capacity." In addition to the above, the following change to the left-hand heading in the tabulation in Article V, D.2a should also be made: "Previous Years Total Sales, 3PSD Design Isobutane Conversion Capacity" A secrecy agreement which is satisfactory to Foster Wheeler, and which we believe will be satisfactory to you as well had been sent to George Adams earlier this week for review and transmittal to you for your approval. Presumably our agreement will soon be finalized and executed. However, we do have several companies who are very anxious to receive Classification "B" data under a secrecy agreement, and it may be desirable not to await final consummation of our agreement before proceeding.
