A Well, every p la n t's a l i t t l e b it d i f f e r e n t , but in th a t case and in most cases -- I had the Engineering Department, and the people in the En g i n e e r i n g D e p a rtm e n t in t h a t p lan t worked f o r me. They were people th a t did design work, helps c o rre c t problems.
Q For in s ta n c e , i f you had a p la n t th a t was m anufacturing 2 ,4 ,5 -T , then the T echnical S ervices D epartm ent would be r e s p o n s ib le f o r any pro cess changes in terms of designing the apparatus and th a t kind of thing?
