Since the record of the Industrial Commission has already been certified to the Circuit Court, Montgomery County, Illinois, we have agreed to appear before a Circuit Judge on Monday, April 4, 1988 at 10:30 a.m. It has been my experience that the Circuit Judges in the rural counties of Southern Illinois see very few appeals coming out of the Industrial Commission. Being local attorneys before appoint ment or election as judge, it is not often that you find one with workers' compensation experience at the practice level.
