I today, however, had a discussion with Mr. Webb on the subject and I am attaching hereto for your approval a draft of the proposed notice. Both Mr. Webb and I fully agree with your statements relating to the distribution of leaflets at service stations and we have eliminated that provision from the rules and regulations. Will you kindly let me have your approval as soon as possible as quite a number of our customers are pressing us7~and we would like to have a supply of these sheets printed as rapidly as possible.
