6.3 If only one shell or tube (R-101 or 102) has ruptured, put suspected good condensate to D-510.
6.4 If area one sump is going to the ditch, block it in. If it is going to central waste treatment, cut flow back and have board person notify waste treatment of situation.
6.5 Shutdown finishing end on instruction from lead or senior operations specialist (board person).

3.5 Tube leak on days - all hot work should be stopped because of alcohol in the condensate.
3.6 If we have to dump condensate to the ditch at D-510, environmental operations should be called because it goes to the outfall and not the sumps.
3.7 Call 333 if tubes and shell rupture and the vapor and liquid released is not contained.
4.0 (Extra) Senior Operations Specialist Actions: 4.1 Coordinate a safe and orderly shutdown.
4.2 Direct actions of plant security.
4.3 Call plant superintendent as time permits.
5.0 Senior Operations Specialist (Board Person): 5.1 Trip reactors if they have not already tripped. Close off all flows to and from the reactor area.
5.2 Trip reactor sprinkler system.
5.3 Have an operations specialist shutdown P-104 from the motor control center.
5.4 Call 333 if the tube side has ruptured.
5.5 Dump the condensate going to power if the tube side has ruptured.
5.6 Make sure all condensate makeup is blocked in.
5.7 Shutdown T-110, T-115, T-120, T-130 and T-140.
5.8 Call power as soon as possible and let them know of the possibility of bad condensate.
5.9 Monitor D-218 and T-220 for complications arising from loss of or bad condensate.
6.0 Operations Specialist (Both):
6.1 Trip area one sprinkler system if it has not already tripped. Put deluge guns on spill.
6.2 Block in all flows to and from R-101/102 if possible.
