Dear Ms. Alderman:
The Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, Title III, Section 313, requires that facilities meeting certain criteria must submit information pertaining to the toxic chemical reporting requirements under Title III. The Dow Chemical Company, Grand Bayou Operations, submitted diskettes containing seven (7) chemical reports from our facility on July 1, 1994.
A notification of Technical Error was received by the Dow Chemical Company on October 31, 1994. Attached, please find a corrected hard copy of the Form R that contained error. The correct values have been circled in red.
