We met in November with our client Newtrient who you have met with, to di scuss some the work they are doing to create an economically viable solution to non-point source pol1ution from dai ry operations via the creation of water quality trading marketplace. They have been making good headway on that front especial1y in Wisconsin and Vermont. One of the core components of Newtri ents' s w o r k , is tryi ng to find enhanced avenues for the deployment of nutrient management technologies on dai ry farms includi ng di gesters. Newtri ent has been fol1owi ng the issue of the el ectroni c pathway for RINs al so known as "eRINs" very closely. Newtri ent is worki ng on a soluti on to better account for eRINs that may be a way that could help increase the economi c vi abi1ity of digester technology on dai ry farms. Newtri ent would be interested in discussi ng wi th the right person at EPA who is worki ng on that issue for the Administrator. We have inqui red of others in EPA and haven't been able to find the right people. Would it be possible for you to poi nt us in the right di recti on or connect us?
