He is sending me the TDH policy on phased projects and the requirements. I asked him about gaskets which are in place. I told him these gaskets would be going out, in tact, as part of the demolition material. This is not a problem as long as it meets the requirements of less than 160 sq. feet or 260 linear feet. Gaskets were located on the fans and on some of the flu flanges. I also asked him about the transite wall panels (much thinner than transite siding) which are located in the sinter plant office. He said these should be removed before demolition occurs. Please put a work order in to have them removed. The three panels are approximately 4' by 8' We should not have to declare asbestos on the notification form because it has either been removed or is less than reportable quantities.
