Technical Discussion
AR-903 resin will be produced by the end of January.' A sample will be submitted to Resin Applications Group for evaluation. Production of 1755 without Tween 20 will be done at the end of the current 1755.run to provide a 50-lb sample for Resin Applications Group to evaluate. When authorization from Resin Applications Group and Marketing is given, production of 100,000 lbs of 1756 foam resin will begin.
Quality Control will perform routine tests on this resin. All pallet samples will be saved and forwarded .to Resin Applications Group along with a copy of the add sheets.
Post add of AR-903 has been set at 6% or 120 lbs per pallet, however, this is subject to change based on R&D's evaluation of the resin's foam properties.
