Ashley: It sounds like Sentinel already has a meeting set up with R6 in May. When you said leadership, we were under the impression it would be EPA leadership, which is what we prefer. These are two separate entities. So we will likely keep our separate R6 meeting in May and if we can please work on scheduling a meeting with Administrator Zeldin in May when they are back up here, that would be helpful. Do any of the below dates work?

We would like to request a meeting with the Administrator Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 with Jeff Ballard, CEO of Sentinel Midstream. This meeting is to reintroduce the project (Texas Gulf Link( which was approved the first month of this Administration and give a quick overview of the previous Trump administration's view of TGL (modernizing US port infrastructure while significantly reducing emissions). We would like to understand the trends of regulatory pullback by Adm. Zeldin; explain the EPA's policy shift working with TGL from controlled loading to vapor recovery and the investment to-date to develop technology applications (vapor recovery vessel) and uncertainty while commissioning the asset (talk through waivers/variances for R&D project application).
